张振文

一、基本信息

张振文,男,1960年9月生,陕西省铜川市耀州区石柱镇人,教授,博士研究生导师。1983年7月毕业于西北农林科技大学园艺学院果树专业,获农学学士学位,同年留校任教至今。1986~1989年在职攻读硕士学位,1989年获农学硕士学位。1983~1994年在西北农林科技大学园艺学院任教,1995至今在西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院任教。1992~1995年兼任西北农林科技大学果树试验站主任,1996~1999年任葡萄酒学院副书记、2000~2010年5月任副院长,任陕西省葡萄与葡萄酒工程技术研究中心副主任,兼任中国园艺学会葡萄与葡萄酒分会常务理事、副秘书长,陕西省园艺学会理事。国家现代葡萄产业技术体系建设岗位科学家。

二、研究方向

葡萄产区质量评价,葡萄果实品质形成机理及调控技术,葡萄生理与栽培技术。

三、开设课程

主要承担葡萄学方面的教学工作。主讲本科课程《葡萄生态学》、《葡萄品种学》、《葡萄栽培学》、《葡萄园田技能训练》等。主讲研究生课程《葡萄种质资源》、《环境与葡萄研究进展》、《葡萄学进展》、《研究生SEMINAR》、《葡萄生产技术》等。

四、研究生培养

1999年开始招收(指导)硕士研究生,2005年开始招收(指导)博士研究生。

目前已培养(毕业)博士研究生13名、硕士研究生88名;在读博士研究生4名、硕士研究生5名。

五、科学研究与学术成果

(一)承担项目

先后参加葡萄优质抗病育种理论和方法论研究、葡萄抗病基因的取代积累研究、高级技术在葡萄与葡萄酒领域的应用研究、陕西省葡萄酒生产关键技术研究、葡萄酒质量最优化研究、葡萄优质抗病品种的选育、葡萄酒系列产品的研究与开发、陕西省酿酒葡萄基地建设、酿酒葡萄新品种的推广等项目。主持完成葡萄新品种爱格丽区域试验与中间试验、法引葡萄营养系品种的研究、优质抗病酿酒葡萄新品种的选育、杨凌酿酒葡萄示范园建设、胶东半岛酿酒葡萄病虫害综合防治技术体系、葡萄标准化栽培技术集成与产业化示范、刺葡萄(酒用、鲜食)标准化栽培管理技术、泾阳县葡萄与葡萄酒产业发展规划(2014-2020)、酿酒葡萄栽培技术体系等项目。参加完成陕西省葡萄与葡萄酒产业关键技术研究、优质抗逆葡萄新品种“爱格丽及其配套栽培技术推广、国家杨凌葡萄苗木繁殖中心建设等项目。目前主持国家葡萄产业技术体系专项-酿酒葡萄栽培、国家重点研发计划-宁夏贺兰山东麓现代酿酒葡萄生产技术体系研究、集成与示范。

(二)获奖情况

科研成果奖:1995年葡萄优质抗病育种理论和方法论研究获原国家教委科技进步二等奖,2000年酿酒葡萄新品种爱格丽获陕西省科技进步二等奖,2002年葡萄抗病基因的取代积累研究获教育部自然科学二等奖,2004年葡萄酒质量最优化研究获教育部科技进步二等奖,2008年我国葡萄酒技术体系研究与产业化开发获陕西省科技一等奖,2016年中国葡萄酒产业链关键技术创新与应用获国家科技进步二等奖。

教学成果奖:2012年葡萄学教学团队获陕西省高等学校教学团队(本人为葡萄学教学团队带头人);2001年大学生复合型知识+综合能力培养模式的探索与实践获陕西省优秀教学成果二等奖,2003年校内教学基地建设新模式的探索与实践获西北农林科技大学教学成果一等奖,2006年主动适应社会需求创办新专业,促进产学研全面发展的探索与实践获国家优秀教学成果二等奖,2013年葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业实践技能训练的改革与实践获西北农林科技大学优秀教学成果二等奖;负责申报的“葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业”被陕西省确定为特色专业,参加的《葡萄品种学》课程被评为陕西省精品课程。
