一、个人简介

孟江飞,男,汉族,河北张家口人,1986年4月生,中共党员,博士(后),教授、博士研究生导师,中国园艺学会葡萄与葡萄酒分会秘书,北方民族大学客座教授。2020年度陕西省青年科技新星,2012年度教育部博士研究生学术新人奖获得者,陕西省高等学校优秀共产党员。

研究方向:葡萄逆境应答与品质形成机理,酿酒葡萄优质高效栽培技术研发。

1.学习经历

2004年9月-2008年6月,西南民族大学,食品科学与工程,本科;

2008年9月-2011年6月,西北农林科技大学,发酵工程,硕士;

2011年9月-2015年6月,西北农林科技大学,葡萄与葡萄酒学,博士。

2.工作经历

2015年6月-2017年12月,西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院,讲师;

2017年11月-2021年5月,西北农林科技大学,博士后;

2018年1月-2022年12月,西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院,副教授;

2023年1月-至今,西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院,教授。

三、人才培养

1.教学工作

承担本科生“葡萄生态学”“葡萄品种学”“葡萄栽培学”“葡萄园田技能训练”“葡萄冬季管理实习”“葡萄春季管理实习”等课程教学工作。承担硕士研究生“葡萄学专题”和博士研究生“葡萄与葡萄酒学研究进展”的教学工作。编写《葡萄学实验实习指导》《葡萄防灾减灾》《葡萄品种学》《果树修剪学》等行业规划教材4部;主持“葡萄栽培学”中英文双语教学等课程建设项目2项,发表教改论文1篇。

2.本科生培养

指导本科毕业生24人,3名同学获校百篇优秀毕业论文,2名同学获院级优秀毕业论文,6人次获全国大学生生命科学竞赛国家级三等奖以上,16人赴上海交通大学、中科院遗传所、中科院植物所、山东大学、西北农林科技大学等进一步深造。指导本科生发表SCI收录论文3篇,中文核心论文1篇。

3.研究生培养

已毕业博士研究生1名,硕士研究生5名。在读博士研究生3名,硕士研究生10名。

四、科技工作

针对我国西北地区高温暴晒、干旱少雨、土壤贫瘠等环境,探究光照、温度、水分等对葡萄生长发育和品质形成的影响及其分子调控机制,通过基因编辑等工具结合传统杂交育种技术创制优质抗逆葡萄新种质,探索建立与我国风土条件相适应的栽培技术体系,最终为我国西北地区优质酿酒葡萄生产提供优异种质资源和高效栽培技术。截至目前共发表各类科研论文80余篇,授权专利10余件,参与制定各级标准16个,获陕西省农业技术推广成果奖1项。
